Has anyone pulled one off with a Huma Huma?

Well the question I would ask is if anyone has actually kept an anemone for any length of time... Trigger or no trigger.

i have had a dalmation dogface puffer and a lunar wrasse in with my big long tenticle anemome. the wrasse is good but the puffer has only been there for a week.

I have triggers (humu & niger) with my anemones without any problems and even my puffer too. Going on 2 1/2 years. Condy. and long tentacles.

I've had triggers (huma huma and niger) with BTA, Ritteri, and Carpet anemones and never had any problems.

What kind of lighting do you have? I hope it is at least 330 watts of VHO on a 55 gallon.
