Anemones and copepods

I have an anemone which seems to be healthy in all aspects. Its not hosted by a clown or any other fish however, it seems to have found a spot hiding behind a rock where it like to make its self at home. I am unable to spot feed it there and im wondering is just the food it produces from light enough to substain it and for how long, its color is very good.
On top of that problem i have another issue that may tie into that. I introduced pods into my tank about a week ago and they are starting to thrive their all over the glass and rocks which is good for my Mandarin Dragonet(Goby). Anyways I was wondering is there anyway outside of just adding more pod feeding fish to the tank to control their rate of breeding they have really taken off. My rocks have tons of holes and cracks where they can breed and it looks like they are multiplying right infront of my eyes.
To tie this into the original question will anemones eat pods that fall into it?

Indeed they will.
So basically my tank can support itself if I keep the phytoplankton and the copepods levels up. My clowns and angel along with the shrimp are all farm raised, will they also eat them before they starve. Right now the only one I see eating them is the Mandarin, like I said the copepods are all over the place.

Your clown and angel need other foods, such as frozen mysis, and saltwater formulas. My anemone went to the bottom and in the back of the tank, I also can't spot feed it and it is not getting the full intensity of my T5s, but it seems to be doing ok. It was a little bleached when I got it and it is starting to turn green again. Don't worry about the anemone, I would let it be for now, but the other fish need addtional feeding.

I noticed anemones go with water flow...If the anemone lands up in the back it is because your power heads land up with pushing flow to the back of your tank.
If you rearrange the flow to push to the front and center, the anemone will settle in the center up front, like it was placed there for show.
