Anemones and Power Heads question

I have a serious problem with my new anemone that I just got tonight. I have a 46 gal bowed tank and on each side I have a aquaclear 301 powerhead and also a fluval 304 canister with the return in the middle of the tank in the back. The anemone I got looks like a carpet anemone and is very small...maybe a baby anemone. As soon as I put it in, it gets taken away in the current and just moves all over the place and won't stay anywhere...almost like its too light or something. It moves with the water current. Please Help??!??
P.S. I turned off both powerheads and its fine but turning one or both on and its all over the place.

I would say leave the PH's off until the thing settles in and hopefully attaches to something. I also have a 46 bowfront and being that it is a narrow tank you are giving it a lot of current. You might have to go to one PH instead of 2.

Thanks very much for the info!
So I'm assuming that once it attaches, it won't be easily unattached?

I tend to think so. Saw you were on figured I would try to help you out as if you are like me you would not sleep well tonight without some idea what to try. Also you could try to dirct the flow so it bounces off the sides or aim the outlet toward the top. I to have a 301 I use in my reef for water movement but with a pre filter which helps cut down the power a bit.
