What does it take, to take care of a anemone.

enough room
260w should be enough for an easy anemone like the rbta or bta.
a clownfish cannot hurt

On a 50 gallon that would be alright for the E.Quad's or the Haitian anemone. Make sure that you have enough rocks for the BTA to move up if he wants to. Make sure that you maintain proper Alkalinity and calcium levels as well as PH value.
