Anemones

Good morning can someone please tell me why my Anemones are turning brown? Thyey are Pink Tip Haitian Anemones my lighting is compact 2 10000k and 2blue all 55 watts, my tank is a 55 gallon and my fish are all of the peacefull nature. Tangs,damsels starter fish really tank only 2 months old.

Could you give some specifics? What kind of anemones? How big is your tank? What kind of lighting? What else is in the tank?

IMO they require an established tank (i would say 1 year) with pristine water conditions..JMO

You lighting is a little low. Also anemones need a more established tank. Give it at least six months.

What is the total wattage over that 55?
There seems to be a change in your anemones? a color change could be a result of lighting and/or a change in the zooxanthellae of the anemone. As long as its not loosing color and bleaching then things should be fine.
