anemones ??

After I set up my nano tank 3 weeks ago , I noticed there are 20 small anemone looking creature .
Is it harmful?

those look loke hydriods

right now i have 50 of them ......
should i take it off ?
I think its from my live sand .. what kind of live sand is it common to have this ?

these perticular hydriods are of the suborder anthomedusae there common in a new tank imo they will die off
