Anemone's

I have a haitian anemone that was doing great in my tank for quite a while. My little percula loves him and rarely leaves him. :)
He has always had real long pink tenticles and moves around the tank so its a new look everyday. But lately he is still moving but he will not "bloom" (if thats the right description). I have noticed this has occured after I returned from vacation. I had a friend take care of my tank while i was away. I am wondering if he missed a few feedings and is relocating till he finds food. But he isn't able to pull it in with out his tenticles out. He used to position himself under the water return cause it pushed food into his waiting tenticles. Will i need to start handfeeding or is this a sign that he is preparing to kick the bucket or maybe giong to split?
Thanks in advance.

Do this for 2 weeks.... take him out of the water, let him lay flat in your palm and tickle his tummy. While you do that, make sure you talk to the little fella. Kinda like how you would play with a baby....If the son of a

I would wait and see if he comes back before I would do anything. if your water got out of wack any it could be afffecting it. once you get the water and lighting all that back in line then he will probably come back out. but I would do a barrage of tests and see if there is something a little off.
also watch him for signs of decay if that starts happening then take it out quickly.
