Anemonie might sting.

if i put an anemonie in my tank and let it move somewhere and stay there can i put zoos or mushromms in somewhere away from it?? and what is the lowest light anemonie or muchroom or zoo??

You could do that - yes.... although remember that anemones will move. Even though one may be in one spot for several months.... one day when you're at work they just may end up movnig and there wont be a thing you can do about it... so its kinda always risky business when adding a anemone to a reef tank.
As far as light requirements for them.... if you're asking.. then that probably means you dont have nearly enough light
