do another 20% water change. Keep testing water quality. If bad by weeks end, do anther water change. GL

Have you tested your water? If so what are your readings?
If I remember right Kipp told me to add carbon one time when several of my corals died to help absorb any potential problem.
I would keep checking your water quality and watch for any spikes.

Yikes, I just answered a question just like this.
Run carbon and change it every 24-48 hours for one week.
Get a 30% water change going then do it.
Run a poly filter if you can.
Try to suck up all the peices you can see.
No doubt the anemone has released its nematocysts so if you have aqua goves I'd wear them, these nematocysts could effect other corals and inhabitants.
Good luck with the damage control

Thanks for the help!! if I can should I ask a friend to hold the fish and corals? I don't want the risk of infecting another tank...I have done a 20% water change already this morning 11/8 should I do another? if so how much? thanks Jeff

I suggest the 30% water change in addition to the 20% that you already did.
Make sure you have plenty of current going through the tank so that the mechanical filtration can pick up whatever it can.
Important to keep an eye on those tank levels.
Not sure if you need to evac your other inhabitants at this point, you will be the best judge of that.
