Anenome acclimation

ok, via email, the acclimation procedure is as below:
Anemones are shipped in very little water. We have been shipping them successfully in this manner for many years. All you will need to do is float them in your aquarium for a half an hour, then dispose of the water they came in, and release the specimen directly into your aquarium. It can take the anemone some time to fill back up with water. It is very important that you leave it alone during this process.
The anenome description says something similar:
Some Anemones are shipped in little or no water. Float them for half an hour, discard any water in the bag, then release the Anemone directly into the aquarium. You can also choose to drip acclimate in a bucket by themselves.
Apparently, I need to drip acclimate in a bucket by themselves or do the temp acclimation and release. Which provides the better chance of success?
