anenome changing color

i have one of those condi pink tips that was basically white with pink tips when i got it, and it seems to be changing to more of a rust color with pink tips. not completely, just kind of dirty looking. normal, or big problem?

Very good sign. It means it is regaining its zooxanthelae, which gets energy from the light for the anemone.

i was wondering if i should decrease the lighting. i keep them on for 12 hours, with no algae problem other than the stuff on the glass that i clean with the magnet.

Your lighting schedule is fine as is.

probably a stupid question, but that anenome shrinks and goes under a ledge every night. not sure if it has always been like this, but i just looked and it is shrunk as usual, but the foot appears to be lying on its side. i'll keep an eye on it, but is it able to set itself back upright, or do i have to give it some help?
