Anenome dissapeared!!!!!!!!

I had a curlyque anenome in a 55 gallon tank. He was doing great untill the other day I woke up and he was gone. nowhere to be found I looked everywhere. Where the heck has he gone.
can they disengrate or something. Please help me figure this out. thanks

Sucked into a powerhead? They will disintegrate (or puree) if that happens.

Hey I don't have a powerhead on this tank the eheim wet/dry 2227 supplies enough circulation along with the fluval return hose. I just don't get it.

Mine did the SAME thing !!! Any green laser beams at your place ? Maybe the aliens want anemones now. Lord knows thy didn't find any INTELLIGENT human life !!!

I had the same thing happen a month ago---I had a condy on the glass for a month next to the strong sweep of the powerhead. Well, I wanted it to move (b/c I couldnt feed it good enough, although it seemed happy) so I turned the ph off and yes it did move---saw it on the sand a few hours later, saw it moving soon after, then it was lights off time and the next morning I CAN NOT find it, actually I think my other aggressive anemone ate it, makes me mad that I didnt leave well enough alone, but..........not much I can do now---no trace of it anywhere, not even a tenticle, just "poof" gone. Its weird.
