Anenome in out

I have some anenomes that get inside their body and come out, sometimes they have their long tentacles, sometimes they don't, what can it be? Is it normal? I been putting 3 different bottels of food or I don't know what it is, for coral inverts. Its like food. Is that good?

They are probably taking a dump. Normal for a few times a week. Those liquid foods are no use to the anemones, they cannot eat liquids.

i feed mine siversides and shrimp and stuff. also i have these like cubes of something that he likes. after he eats his tentacles get REALLY puffed up.
