Anenome problems

Ok, i've been noticing lately that my BTA is dropping tentacles. the only things different is i upgraded my pumps and i have added an anenome shrimp that lives in the anenome. also, i've noticed an emerald crab living near the anenome and cleaning it's rock a little more often than not.
everything's good parameter wise (trates are between 5-10 though) and the anenome is almost 1.5 years old, so i'm wondering if it is the power head upgrade, anenome shrimp, or emerald crab pulling tentacles off.

I doubt its your inverts but an anemone can toss off tenticles that are damaged. Keep an eye on it, has the anemone shrimp affected it in any other way. Like not letting it open or just pestering it. This could also be a sign of it getting ready to split.

so probably the best bet is getting beat up by the hk4? i've positioned it so it doesn't beat on the anenome, but there is a TON more water movement in the tank now that i've upgraded to them from mj1200's

That too is possible if your PH's are making the tenticles rub or bang against your LR it could be damaging them. I am always nervous about adding or changing any of my PH around because I dont want my anem to not like its spot anymore and decide to move.

I would watch the emerald crab, maybe it's damaging the tentacles to the point were it drops them.
