anenome type and light (beginner)

I have 2 false clowns in a 55 gallon tank with 100 pounds of live rock. I wanted to add an amenome what will the clowns host that is hardy. What are my possibilities? What type of lighting is needed for the anemone?

I would go with either a LTA or BTA. There is a good chance that your clowns (assuming tank bred) will never host in an anemone no matter what kind. My true percs totally ignore mine.
As for lighting, you would need 440w of VHO (4x110) or dual 175w MH mogul or dual 150w HQI MH at a minimum. More if you want more challenging anemones....but that is another story.
My RBTA is doing great in a 55 with dual 175w 20,000K pendants.
Make sure your tank is well established with stable water parameters. Have all intakes covered with a large screen or sponge until your anemone finds a permanent home (else it will get sucked in and kill most of your tank)
