Is it common for a rose anemone split into four separate anemone's. I have ahd him split before and gave the split one away. I noticed the other day that he had split again. I came home last night and didnt see the new one so I lifted my canopy up and went diving. I turned over the rock that the one was on and found 2 medium sized ones and one very small one. So now I have four rose anemone's one large still, two mediums , and one very small one. Is this normal for a healthy rbta? The first time he split was right after I got him.

Some/most anenomes will split if stressed a little. I know there are people on the board who purposely stress their anenomes to make them split. as for the number, that I couldn't tell you. Do they all seen healthy?

Yes, they all seem to be healthy. They are eating and moving all around to find the spot they want to be in. When you mean stressing them, how do people do that?

Well I got home yesterday and they were in the same spots again so I guess that they are where they want to be.
