I am getting a 150 gallon tank and was wondering if an angel fish dwarf or regular will get to large for this tank, how big do they really get?

Most of the large angels will be fine in this sized tank, providing it is a 6 foot system. Dwarf angels work well with larger species for the most part. IMO/IME you could safely house a couple of centroyges in a tank this size, provided there is ample live rock for shelter.

It wont be a 6 foot it will only be 4 foot but taller and deeper I dont have wall space to put a 6 foot where I am going to put the tank

I might recommend two dwarf angels then...perhaps a Flame Angel and a Coral Beauty. While 150 gallons is not a small tank, most people would say 4 ft long is too short for big tangs and big angels. Two dwarfs can easily be kept together, best if introduced at the same time.
