Angelfish compatibility

Hello everyone:
I am currently battling a little ich problem of unknown causes so I will not be adding any fish any time soon. However I wanted to ask this question: Is it possible to keep 2 angelfish together? The reason I am asking is because I have read "no" in some places/books and "yes" in others. I even read that some angelfish can be kept together as long as they are not the same genus. In any case, I have a beautiful Scribbled angel in my tank that is about 7" long and was wondering if I could put an Emperor with him. I posted before as to which fish would be better and I ended up getting the Scribbled because the Emperor offered to me was too big. I really enjoy my Scribbled but can't seem to stop thinking how beautiful the tank would look with him and an Emperor in it. Yet, I am not about to put 2 fish in the tank that will hate each other just because I want the tank to look colorful.
Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated.

It is however possible to keep multiple angels together...My uncle has a Koran, an Emperor, and a Singapore Angel together and they coexist pretty peacefully.

At the risk of being flamed by everyone, I opted to go for a 500 gallon FOWLR aquarium for one main reason: To keep multiple angels. I'm sure a lot of you will disagree with what I've done, but so far, I have not seen a lot of aggression from any of my angels, except maybe the occasional chases when one gets in another's face, usually during feeding time. As you can see from the picture, I have a juvenile Emperor who is currently in the transition stage, a juvenile Passer, a Scribbled angel, a Maculosus angel, and a Gray Poma. I also have a medium size (5") Clown Trigger, Auriga Butterfly, Gold Rimmed Tang, and a Marine Betta. Granted that I've only kept them together for several months, but so far it's been peaceful. I suppose that once the juvi angels (passer and empy) mature, things might change, but then again, maybe not - JMO.

I definitely won't flame! Your fish look spectacular! I understand that most people say you can't have more than one angel in a tank because they are assuming that an inexperienced aquarist is reading. But an experienced marine aquarist can definitely put more than one angel in most tanks, even of the same genus. There are so many different factors that go into play that it is normally impossible to say whether multiple angels will do fine together. I know of someone who has 6 different angels in his 300 gallon tank for over three years now. I can post of picture if anyone would be interested.

Although I decided not to get the Emperor to avoid playing with fire (like someone here said it is a pretty expensive gamble), I would love to see the pics of the 300 gallon tank with the 6 Angels.
Perodogo's 500 gallon tank is really impressive and I love the combination of fish. If I ever get a tank that big I will definitely give it a try to a couple of angels together.
Looking forward to those pics cincyreefer.
Later,
Ivan
