Angelfish Prazi Pro

Hi just recently got a Large Emperor, currently being QT in a 55 gallon w/ LR. Ive been told to treat new angelfish with Prazi pro. Got some today however girl @ LFS told me not to use it w/ LR. But it says right on the bottle "wont effect biological filtration," has anyone ever used this stuff, can it be used with LR, should I take it out? Also fish wont eat too much given form 1, 2 and angel form. Any input??

If it is in QT then just remove the LR and put it in a plastic tub with a powerhead. If you can't move it then it will be just fine to treat the Prazi Pro with LR. I have done it many times with no effect to my LR.
Also, with angels over 6" you have a significantly tougher time getting them to eat. I would suggest sprinkling pellets on the LR for him to graze on. I would also get some nori or seaweed and soak it in garlic to entice his appetite.

The only effect treating the display or live rock with Prazi-Pro will have, is you'll loose the ability to have tube/worm creatures (feature dusters. coco worms). Otherwise, everything is unaffected.

Agreed, I treated my display tank with Praz. when I added my Emperor. No issues with the LR, I even still have a few tube worms.
