Can I put a dwart angel and a full size angel together?

depends on what size tank you have....i have a cherub angel and a queen together in a 180 without problems

A dwarf and a full size? I don't see why not. I have 3 full size angels, a blue face, majestic and an emperor, in a tank with a coral beauty who went nuts when I put in a flame angel. He was there before the full size angels, and he doesn't even look at them.

m7 , did the large angles all go in at separate times? did they fight in the beginning?

The Blue Face went in 5 weeks ago, the Majestic and the Emperor this past Saturday, together. Nobody bothers anybody, but I would always recommend putting them in at the same time. I lucked out.
