angler fish info.

hey guys im getting a 29 biocube in about 2 months...im wondering if i can have a toadfish in there?
what would he eat?
would i be able to put coral with him?
would he eat all other fish?

Only fish in that tank and no coral that need strong light or movement. I have seen it done enjoy it.
