anglerfish in need of help

my ph is way too low and i never even had this problem before, i got some stuff to make it higher but my frogfish is laying on his side breathing slowly and one of his eyes is clouded over...what shoud i do?

Dang.......get him to stable water quick......sorry to her this. all i can say is mine did the same? and "croaked" from what ive been able to research this is a common problem with frogs. alot of people say theres lasted about a month and same simptums, i tried for 45min. to revive him with no luck. iam trying to figure out why this same problem is happening? my water never changed, i think it was cause of my stand crash.......to much stress on the fish being moved to many times, but pH will stress a fish too if the levels change to much.....i hope yours makes it turn the lights off and just observe with a dim light... the good news i got another frogfish today to try it again. keep me posted with what happens
