Anglerfish

I have a new tank I wish to set up for a Black Anglerfish and am interested in gathering info. Does anyone have information on what substrate is best? Also can hermit crabs, snails, and sea slugs be kept in the same tank safely? How about anemones and corals.

I think the fish I am looking for is Antennarius avalonis. The fish store labeled him as a Black Angler, but it does not look at all like the photos I looked at after receiving your e-mail. Does anyone have any information/advice on this Anglerfish?
