i have a dumpster here from iesi who owns bfi.pick up is supposed to be on fridays.well two fridays ago they didnt show.my wife called they said there was a sub driver and he must have missed the house.fine it was only half full.well friday comes again and no pick up.so i called she had no excuse.she said she will put in an order for the next day saturday.well nothing.i called and left a message saturday ,here comes monday.i get home and the dumpster now overflowing is still full.get this i go to the mailbox and next months bill is in there.cant any company hire competent workers anymore?

thats funny.amazing i own a business and if i ran it that way i would be flippin burgers.i have a guy i stained his home floor two weeks ago .it came out awesome had 3 scored medallion designs.now he owes me $2500 balance and wont return calls.if i tried this to one of these big companies for fifty bucks i would go to collections.

I work in retail and it is like pulling teeth to get the dumpster emptied. I hear every excuse in the book dumpster blocked by white van, tractor trailer, UFO and the list goes on. They even say "oh, the dumpster wasn't full" and I look outside and say they're right not full but overfolowing.

my wife called them again today.they said the driver showed up saturday and the code on the electric gate didnt work.well the gate wasnt working when we bought the house so we never gave them a code.the gate just has a chain holding it closed.plus the motor isnt even on the gate anymore.plus the fact they have been emptying the thing for 6 months.
