another Cyano question?

So I am starting to get a bit of cyano in my DT and I have alot in my fudge tank.
So when I do my water change do I need to get it out of fudge as well as the DT tank? Right now I have Cheto in the fudge with live sand that is it.

fudge? sounds yummy. anyway, cyano is caused by excessive nutrients and lack of flow. with more water change and better skimming, it should go away on its own. btw, its fuge.
