Another lighting and anemone question

I would like to get a BTA to host my 2 true perc clowns. I have a 65w pc lighting, split between 1 actinic and 1 10,000k super daylight bulb over a 20g.
Will this lighting support the nem? I know the tank is on the small size but I plan on upgrading soon. If the lighting doesn't support the nem, what can I get for the pers to host, given my current setup? Will only a metal halide support the BTA?
Water params: Am, Ni and phos are 0, nitrate 5
Thanks

Yes a bta can survive under that set up. Providing its a std or long 20gal, not a high. Long term the tank is small, and IMO I believe that your anemone will benifit more from more intense lighting. With you current set up success can be had, but any inconsistances with water perameters etc... will have larger negative affects on the animal IMO.
