Another newbie cycle question

I just recently started up a 12G nano cube saltwater tank after keeping freshwater for a few years. I have approx 20lbs of live rock and about 2.5inch live sand bed in this tank. I have ahd this set up for almost a week now. My amonia was at 1.0 2 days ago but as of today is at 0. I checked it twice to be sure. My nitrates were at 40 2 days ago but are now at 10. The nitrite was at 5.0 2 days ago but is now at .25. I know patience is the key to this hobby so is this a fake out by my tank or has it actually cycled this fast? After everything I've seen on this forum and from what I've read I'm not sure at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I plan on only keeping either 1 small clownfish OR 1 small firefish in this tank in this tank.

I would wait at least one more week see if ites vanish and ates start coming down once I was sure things were okay do a water change and add my fish
