another Q! Can Ballast burn the sump?

can a ballast heat melt the sump being 3/8" apart from it? I am just running out of space inside my stand! After putting in the reactor, i have to squeeze things around, and electrical wires everywhere, 5 pumps now and maybe 6th....... <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" /> <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" />

Sounds like someone is about to put a hole in the wall... That should give you enough room for the next few months.... j/k
I really do nto know, but I am in the same boat as far as room is concerned... I have thought about the wall, but the wife would divorce me...!
