Another question about ich. Is it really ich??

I have 3, 3 stripe damsels. One has one large white dot on his top fin but it's been there for a few weeks and it hasn't changed. ( looks like a large grain of salt)
Both of the other ones have it all over the body but one has been going to the cleaner shrimp and is now clean. The last one won't go to the cleaner shrimp and is still peppered with the dots but nothing has changed in 3 weeks. They all eat GREAT, move around well, no signs of stress at all. Is this really ich or something else? I'm confused. I always thought the white dots would fall off and then re appear again. I have other fish in the tank too and none of them through this whole time have had anything on them. They all look great, eat well, etc. What's my problem?
ALSO....I've been noticing my water looks kinda cloudy with white things (air bubbles) floating around.
All my water parameters seem to be fine..
1.022 8.2, 80 degrees, 0 ammo, 0 nitrite and 10-20 nitrate.....8-10 hours light (2-30 watt flo)

Ok Terry, thanks!
The white spots aren't really big enough for me to see if they look like cauliflower or not. I guess I would have to say no on that one. They just look like salt grains.
The tank is a 125 g but only has a total of 95 gals in there. I have 75 #'s lr, 80#'s cc, it's been up and running for 5 weeks, I have 9 small fish (3 stripe damsels, 2 yellow tails, 1 domino and 3 beau gregorys.(the 3 stripes showed white grains after the first week I had them) (they all came at once) Also have 1 cleaner shrimp, 3 turbos, a hermit and 10 blue legs. 2 emperor 400's (without the bio wheels), 2 30 watt flo bulbs.
I did buy a bangaii a couple of weeks ago but it died 2 days later. Never was out much or ate, but he looked healthy...also had one of my yellow tails die but he was being picked on...poor thing. He looked healthy too before the nasty little guys started attacking him all the time
I keep my lights on 10 hours a day, feed frozen brine shrimp and flake and I have no problems getting ANY fish to eat.
I hope this is enough info??
