Another shark Q?

I read that most sharks like the bamboo and banded cat don't like intense light. Does this mean that I should use normal output lights? What do yall use on your shark tanks? And what about rays?

first off the banded cat and bamboo r the same as for the lighting ting i just use reg no lighting for my tank and i have 2 bambos and a cali ray

On my 180 I use 55w PC's.

Agreed.
They are primarily nocturnal sharks. Hide during the day, hunt at night. If anything, they'd appreciate lighting towards the "low powered" end of the scale.
