Another Undefeated Season... (a proud dad thread : )

we had our championship game today for my sons flag football team i coach... and we won 13 - 7... this was by far the best game we have had in 2 seasons... a real defensive duel!!! every kiddo on the team scored atleast one TD over the course of the season... its rare that every kid on any team gets a score, but they did it!!! we finished the season 10 - 0 (including 2 scrimmages)... it was a blast and every kiddo has told the other coach and i that they are going to play again in the spring and want to be on our team again...

lol... no we havent... we just had a group of kids that listened to the coaches, practiced hard, played hard and had fun learning the best game ever!!!

That's good to hear. We often hear parents complain about winning teams and how the coach stacked the team. People, get real. Let them enjoy being successful.

actually 3 years away from pads... my son is 6... cant put pads on until 9 here...
