Another Water Change Question ?

I now understand tap water is not a good choice for water changes. What is your opinion on those water purifying units that attach to your fawcet (ie; brita) or those gallon water containers that your pour your tap water through and it gives purified water. Let me know.

Using one of the britia filters is better than just straight tap water, but getting a RO or RODI unit would be your best bet.

i would just get a RO or RO/DI system. I bought one off e-bay for 110 w/ shipping. If you are interested i can find the unit. It works great and produces pure water w/ no traces of phosphates or anything else
