That's how mine started...ohhhh sooo cute.....hack hack cough cough
NOW they are KILLERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
but still thats even worst. you as an aquarist should recommend reefers on what to do when they wanna cycle a tank. so what if they are getting mad if you dont sell. atleast your not hurting any fish or anything like that.
tell my boss that. anyway im not giving it to people who i know cant care for it. all of my damsel's recipiants are happily caring for then
today some guy came in and said how much his daughter loved them lol
I got some nass snails. 3 little pj cardinals. A little 3 head torch for 15 bucks and a cute little starfish for only 10 bucks.
The only thing is idk what the starfish is or if its reef safe which I know you guys will kill me for but hey its 10 bucks and I have enough tanks to put it in iif worst comes to worst I believeee its a fromia but I'm not certain. Deff not a linkia (sp?) Its red and ill get some pics of everything in a little

stars in general lol
OH...OK....I guess it depends...I had a red star..that was ALL over the place...until it disappeared
I also had a chocolate chip star that was all over the tank...until I found out it was not reef safe and took it to my notsolfs
It appears to be Fromia, maybe F. milleporella. Needs a big mature tank with lots of LR, even though it is small. Most I see at LFS are disintegrating at the arm tips as they can have difficulty acclimating..
before you get into sps, I suggest you buy a two part system and some mg and get your parameters right. If you want sps, get some tests that test for very low phosphates and nitrates. I'm going semi-convert to a ULNS once I get my new system and that plays a HUGE part in coloration of sps. Also, you may to change your bulb to a Radium 20k. You'll love the pop
ultra low nutrient system.
I've always thought the minimum time stuff was irrelevant in a reef system. I would say you're ready when you have undetectable phosphates and nitrates from a test-kit like API. high phosphates and high nitrates tend to discolor sps. on other test kits like salifert, I'm sure you will get a reading, but your aim is for undetectable on something like API. Also get your skimmer broken in before you go sps.
