I just placed an order and would like to talk to a person about the order.Not sure if i like that their is no contact info. can anybopdy help me?

I emailed them and i am hoping for a reply.I am really looking forward to recieving my order.I heard alot of good and bad things around hear so i am waiting to make up my own mind thank you again :joy:

Any particular thing you had in question or is it about the actual order? Sometimes it will take them awhile to get you a response. Just be patient.

i really wanted to find out if they got in some horseshoe crabs you could not do anything but wish list it and if they have some i would like to add to order.But without talking to some one i can't ask them this so maybe or maybe not the email will be lookd at?

Horseshoe crabs are something that belong in the ocean. They get HUGE in diamter (comparable to a sting ray) and no one really has the tank to keep one, let alone multiple.

Hey all!
I just tried to order a 89.99 reef cleaner package, however when I Hit Confirm or at least when i thought i did, it took me to a "Your cart is Empty" screen?! Did my order get placed..did i get riped off? I went to the order status screen afterwards and nothing was there, that and i sent them a email with my contact info and to get back with me ASAP. Has anyone had a similar experience with this site, if so what happened? oh yeah and another thing whats with there not being a telephone contact number, not sure if i like that very much. anyways enough of the bad, i really love this site its helped me so much and i cant wait to make my purchase, just want some answers i guess.

Sure hard to beat a place that has telephone number to ask questions at and place orders to......and that alal too familiar voice.Hello........ABC Supply, how may I help you or direct your call?

Perhaps you waited too long to process the order, so whatever you placed in the cart didn't process. Like timed-out.
chip, the reason that the prices are low, including the free shipping, is because there is little extra overhead. I agree, its nice to talk to a body, but its also nice to get the cheapest prices on the internet. Yes, you do have to communicate via email, and be patient with responses. However, the quality of products is good and the prices are great.
If you have to speak to someone, usually someone who is not very knowledgeable, then pay the extra 20% and get a voice on the phone.
