I'm gitting ready to purchase a IceCap VHO retrofit system from ChampionLighting for $325 plus shipping. Is there any where cheaper on-line? The retrofit comes with 660 ballast endcaps and URI bulbs.

Try reeffanatic.com I don't know how much the 660 is but I bought a 440 kit from them and it was the cheapest I found.
