any helpfull ideas on how to take pics of small blennys/gobys?

Hey, I just got a really small red lipped blenny and I cant seem to get a good pic...tried the micro setting , moving the rock he's in to the front of the tank...still no good pictures if I focus in to far it gets blurry.

Use the macro setting on your camera, turn off the flash, turn off all the lights in the room (so the only light is coming from the tank), get the lens as close to the glass as possible, use the highest resolution setting possible, set everything else to "auto" and DON'T zoom in to close. All cameras have a limit on how close they can focus on an object. If you zoom in too close you have no chance.
Get it in focus, take the pic, then crop the image down in some sort of photo editing software.
