Any idea what this might be?

I need some help ID'ing 2 different critters.
The first one was on a chunk of live rock I added to my tank about six weeks ago. It's about the size of a softball and seems to be pretty healthy.
The second one appeared about 3 - 4 weeks after I added the same batch of live rock. There are 3 of them on different pieces of rock. They're about the size of a marble. This one I don't trust for some reason.

1st on looks like Porites sp.
2nd maybe sponge but not sure???????

The first one looks awesome...The second one looks like our catfish eggs once the grow moldy...

is the first one a bleached galexia coral??
