Any ideas?

Had Royal Gramma for 3 weeks. Within 24 hours was rubbing off rocks and gravel (no quarantine tank, but putting that right now).
A few spots appeared, so I treated tank with reef safe wide range treatment.
White spots disappeared next day (coincidense I think) and have not been seen again. Gramma still rubbing off rocks, 2 percs are fine.
It's been weeks since any signs other than Gramma rubbing, what could it be?

It is likely the original problem. At this point, I would begin feeding your fish garlic soaked food and see if that will help stay an outright outbreak of ich.

I agree with Beth...go get some garlic extreme liquid drops and start soaking food in it.(diluted of course) It has helped greatly with my fish.
