Any internal parasite experts? Help needed!

So I bought my first fairly expensive fish, it's a 'designer' clownfish. At first everything seemed fine, they (bought a pair) are in a 10 gallon quarantine tank with a seasoned sponge filter. Then I noticed that one wasn't eating much. Kept watching and noticed stringy white poop that seemed like it was very often there. Did some research, seemed like a probably parasite.
It's been about a week since they've been in quarantine, one seems totally fine, eating, swimming, the other is looking worse. His belly seems slightly swollen but he's not eating. I've tried flakes, pellets, frozen mysis, nutrimar ova, and cycops mixed with some garlic juice. The first time with the cyclops and garlic it seemed like he ate some. That was yesterday, today I tried it and everything he sucked in he spit out.
He's looking more lethargic today, just hanging out in a flower pot that is in the quarantine tank but not even swimming around as much.
I've been treating with General Cure, which is Metronidazole and Praziquantel, both of which I understand are good for parasites. I started this Thursday and put the 2nd dose last night (takes two doses only). I'm running out of options. I've even looked into force feeding if I get totally desperate. Does anyone have ideas or experience with treating this? Not sure what I can/should do. I don't want to lose the fish of course, not only because of the money but it's a unique fish imo and I really like it lol.

Praziquantel, is the correct meds for internal worms. What are your prams. You need pristine water conditions when fish are stressed or they wont get better. Do not try force feeding unless you are trained in this. I know from experience you will just explode there gut and they die.
