Any luck using a Sony Cybershot F717

My pics come out bright and less detailed than those on the board. I don't have any background light on and the flash is off. My tank light is a 96 watt daylight. Any ideas. Thanks.

I got that camera in January. There is a button on the side of the lens which adjusts the white level. Start learning the manual settings, they end up working much better than the automatic mode once youget the hang of it. This camera can take amazing pictures, good choice.
