Those sebaes are one of the more light demanding anemones, what size tank do you have, where will the anemone sit? How close do you have live rock to the surface? As a quick glance I would say NO, MAYBE an LTA and thats with the anemone sitting close to the surface via LR.

okay its a 29g highest poing is 2in away from top and if the anenome died would it poison the tank

If you haven't bought a sebae don't. You could get a bubble tip anenome, condi, or a pink tip hatian.

No. That lighting really isn't great for any anemones except aiptasia or rocks anemones. Others may survive but it's not good long term. Is your tank stable enough for one anyways? Most get huge, aren't reef safe and need an established tank, light isn't the only thing to consider. As the vast majority of anemones die within a year or two in captivity, I really stress that people are fully informed before buying one. Also with slightly better lighting a bubble tip anemone would do well and can easily be found captive produced instead of taken from the ocean.
