Any Puffers without Teeth

I know this sounds strange, just wondering if there is a puffer I can put in an acrylic tank that will not scratch it all up with its beak.
Thanks.

I've had a puffer in an acrylic tank for the last year without any problems. But he has never been one of those puffers that bears his beak and swim around like the last one I killed.

What type of puffer do you have? From your experience are there any other fish that you would recommend staying clear of in an acrylic tank, triggers etc.?
Thanks

I have a dog face, I think it just depends of the fish, I had one that would swim around with his beak exposed and on the acrylic. But I killed him, It was my first fish, then the second one I got, just never did that, he loves swimming against the tank but he always covers his beak. I've scratched the tank more cleaning the acrylic than he has.
I personally love acrylic, and wouldn't do it any other way. But I've never had any triggers or anything so I don't know about that.

No puffers exist that don't have the teeth and I would not put one in an acrylic tank. While there are some people who have done this, I know a guy who had a porky puffer make a deep gouge that spanned almost the entire length of a large custom acrylic tank. It was too deep to buff out so the tank was basically junk after that. I have a Canthigaster Solandri and he pecks on my glass tank all the time. There is no doubt he would have ruined an acrylic in a matter of days and he's just a little guy.

Ive kept puffers in acrylic tanks with no damage. Never even thought it might be a bad idea at the time.
