Hi,i need help on something to help clean bottom of tank of left over food and waste.My problem is I have cc and everything i read mostly need sand.I have a lionfish,scorpionfish,snowflake eel, cowfish,and a yellow tang.
They are all pretty small right now.I have a 120 gal.tank.Please if you have any suggestions please let me know...

You will need to siphon it out. You don't havy any real invert eaters other than the eel, so you could try some large left handed hermits. Bo
