Any tips on neting fish?

Just recently purchased my first saltwater tank for a good deal that I found on craigslist. The tank came with live rock, sand and fish that were already in it. When I first got it home a couple of weeks ago I noticed little tiny white spots (not many at first) on the blue hippo tang. Now all of a sudden they seem to be getting bigger and there are more of them covering most all of his body. I've been doing alot of research on this site and believe that he probably has got ick. I'm trying to catch him so that I can quarantine him and use the hypo method. I've tried teasing him out with food but everytime he sees the net he hides in the rock. I really don't want to have to pull all of the rock out of the tank to get him. Anybody got any other good ideas?

I'm not really sure. I checked out some photos of Lympho and it doesn't quite look like the same thing to me. I tried to take some photos of it, maybe someone can give me a better idea. The pics aren't the best but here they are...

It won’t do you a bit of good to QT the hippo, the whole tank is infected if it is ich. You would have to QT all the fish and leave the tank empty for 6 to 8 weeks to clear the tank of ich.
