about as close as you can get would be the planktonic-feeders such as genus Xanthicthys, but that's still not a sure thing.

The blue throat is considered reef safe, I just bought one yesterday. This is a female. The male has a pronounced blue jaw. Crosshatch triggers are considered reef safe as well, but they are pricey.

Every trigger is coral safe... Errr no trigger has coral in part of their diet. Some make chew on stony corals for their teeth, or some might "play" with frags and drag them around the tank.
You're safest option as mentioned twice above, is any Xanthicthys trigger.

the blue throat or the niger r the only two i know being reef safe. there is a chance it will eat inverts such as shrimps, crabs, hermits or clams.

I have a blue throat it ate a severly injured chromis. Other than that it dosent mess with anything. I feed it 1 silverside every 2 days and hes happy. I soak his food in a seaweed soak for nutrients. I think a pink tail trigger is also safe.
