Any type of coral in fish only?

Okay, I am about to start a new tank but I want to have it a fish only so I can't have some larger fish that are not recommended with corals. However, are there any corals, like mushrooms, that would be safe?

It all depends on what type of fish you plan on keeping (size doesn't always matter, but the "reef safeness does), and what type of lighting you have. Fish like most triggers, butterfly, and angels etc, would not make good tankmates with coral.
