Any Verizon Users?

So I'm looking to get my mom a new cell phone for Christmas. What is a decent user friendly smart phone that a 60 something can navigate fairly easy? It must be a smartphone. She will be using it for text, internet, and apps. She can navigate my iPhone a bit, but doesn't like that there is no keyboard.

All the good ones are all touch screen.. I'm a long time iPhone owner, I would say that's her best bet..

I'm thinking the iPhone is probably my best bet for her. She has a palm pre plus and maneuvers that dinosaur pretty well.

I don't think the envy is a smartphone.

iPhone is going to be the most user friendly. I think the Motorolla Droid 3 has a keyboard, but Droids can be a bit more confusing.

I guess it should have been a no brainer then. I know she can somewhat navigate my iPhone, but wasn't sure if there was something easier out there in the terms of smartphones.
