Brown and saute with onions and bell peppers and whatever spices you want. Then mix in 1/3 can of enchilada sauce and some cheese. Divide into 6-8 flour tortillas, roll up, and lay in a glass dish. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top and then lots of cheese! Bake and viola!

Sloppy Joe turnovers
1lb ground beef, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 chopped onions, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1 (10 oz.) can flaky biscuits
Heat oven 375. Brown meat and onion, drain. add salt, garlic, ketchup, and sour cream. mix all together well, doesn't look good but tastes great. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On a cookie sheet press each biscuit into a square or periogi like flatness. place 1/4 cup of mixture onto dough , fold over and seal edge, cut 3 slits across top of dough and bake at 375 for about 15-20 min or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter when done and enjoy. Kids also love them..
For this recipe i prefer the bigger biscuit rolls, just because it's easier to handle and fold . Flaky biscuits are much better than the regular biscuits.

Just make some tacos. Could also make some meatballs and serve with spaghetti. (nothing easier then meatballs, add in some bread crumbs, little parmesan cheese, some fresh minced garlic, an egg and cook on a hot oiled pan).

I love to see you living up to your nickname.

Now my idea is pizza burgers...
Pre-heat oven to 400
Brown GB in a skillet and add a 2 jars of pizza sauce, split open hamburger rolls and lay them "open face" on a cookie sheet. Top each roll with GB mixture, like little pizzas, then top each roll with a slice of american cheese(not mozzarella.) My mom used to make these for me when I was little, they are delish!!
