Anybody have a Halloween Hermit?

I like never see these things for sale here in the FL shops.. one day I was able to convince someone to sell me this one from their show tank... I love their colors so much! Anybody else have one?

I'd like to get one of those electric blue hermit crabs next.. those are pretty sexy as well.

My store has em all the time. Just seems like a fad to me. Are these cluster busters reef safe?

I have a full reef setup with everything but SPS and the halloween hermit doesnt seem to bother a thing. He did murder a snail for the shell he is wearing right now.. which upset me.. but it was my fault for not offering bigger shells.

I had one. My lfs sold it to me as a halloween hermit crab, but I think it's actually an electric orange. Look up pics of the two on the net. Mine went back to the lfs after about a week. He ate over half of my corraline alge off of the rocks. Since I have a FOWLR, the corraline is where I get color for my tank. I was not happy with the little guy! They are awful cute though. I love there colors. Mine had a shell that was almost completely covered in purple corraline. I'd be curious to know if yours causes any probs. Good luck!
