I think I am going to try an on-line traffic school. Not sure if that is better or if I should just burn a Saturday and sit there all day. They have Comedy traffic schools here, but I can't help but think "What if the guy is not funny, then you are stuck listening to this schmuck ALLL DAY LONG.
I know, not help but at least it is a bump up for you.
Just wait for AquaKnight, I am sure he will know.

Mostly likely all the traffic clinic will do is pretty much either actually investigate your case if it's worth it to them (more like DUI cases), but for a simple speeding ticket they will probably just plead no contest on your behalf, and the judge will make some offer they will take, most of the time just money and no points, but then you have the clinic fees on top of that ($90 or $120 IIRC).
UCF is pretty sweet in that we have a lawyer on staff we can go talk to. I got popped for 14mph over. My thing was there wasn't a speed limit sign from my place all the way to the place I got the ticket. The problem was that with unsigned roads, the assumed limit is always 30mph (same as the supposedly actual limit) and she advised me to just pay the ticket, since it was only 3 points, and wouldn't effect anything.
Of course that depends on how bad your speeding (what was it?), over 15 or in a construction/school zone, just pay the ticket or go to court yourself and plead your case to the judge. Hopefully you'll get one that it isn't their time of the month and have a bit of pity. My old roommate used to get friggin tickets monthly and some times the judge was nice, others, not so much.

If I decide to plead my case to the judge and go to court, Usually they will lower the ticket fee and NO POINTS or what? I know this is just your best guesstimate! Regards! p.s Claims 56 in a 40 going to the airport!

Darn it - Sammy Hagar's song, I can't drive 55, just doesn't sound as good at 40....

If you go yourself and plea not guilty (don't plead no contest), the judge will get to hear what you have to say. No, usually the judge leaves the full $ amount of the ticket, and either takes the points off, or offers traffic school to remove the points.
That is unless of course you are sincere in that you won't going 56mph. The "I dunno how fast I was going, but it definitely wasn't ___" line never works FWIW. Go back to where you got popped, the cop has to have 3 full seconds for the speed to register, etc. Look up online for other points if you are going to fight.
Then, of course, there's always the hope that the office won't show. Odds are probably one in 10 he won't. If it was a random cop that you flew by, your chances are better, but if they were doing speed control, bet the cop will be there.
Oh, I did forget about court fees. Like $35 the last time IIRC, dunno what it could be now. So if you did ticket clinic and they just got points off, it's ticket $ + clinic fees$ + court fees$ which is a good bit coin. Same thing as ticket $+court fees $+ ticket school $.

Go talk to the prosecuting attorney and ask for Deferred Adjudication. It's not an admission of guilt, but if you keep your record clean (no speeding tickets) for 90 days (some municipalities require 180 days), they remove the ticket off your record. Not sure how the points thing works. Here in San Antonio, most prosecutors prefer you do it. When you walk into traffic court, they have a blackboard showing the costs of taking defensive driving vs. deferred adjusication. Deferred is about $20 more.
